Addiction Recovery For College Students

On Friday 11/17, Coalition Recovery and members of the USF students in recovery hosted a sober tailgate for their game against University of Central Florida. We are happy to be apart of the USF campus community! We are active on many college campuses in Florida and throughout the southeast. We even have a specialized student rehab program for college students!

Students in recovery is a community of like-minded individuals who want to attend college in a drug and alcohol-free environment. College can be an extremely difficult time for students in active recovery but with communities such as these, it makes it much easier for individuals to stay clean and sober while also having fun and enjoying their college experience. Football season can be especially difficult for students in recovery as there tends to be a lot of focus on drinking and partying before these sporting events. It can be much easier to tailgate with other students in recovery as there will be less influence and pressure to drink. Thank you, students in recovery for letting us be a part of your tailgates – it’s been a blast!
